This is a coffee with a massive amount of "pull"—heavy, dark, and resilient. While other East African beans lean into bright acidity, the Ugandan bean is prized for its substantial body and a deep, rustic sweetness. This medium-dark roast delivers a rich, chocolatey foundation with surprising notes of dried fruit and a subtle, peppery spice finish. It’s a high-torque brew that provides a smooth, steady momentum for the long haul.
