Sourced from the high-altitude shaded forests of southern Mexico, this roast is prized for its delicate body and remarkably clean finish. It’s a sophisticated medium roast that doesn't weigh you down, offering a bright, "snappy" acidity and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and light cocoa. It’s the perfect companion for a mid-morning stretch or a quick turnaround at the station.
