Iron Horse Pro Tip:

Coarse Grind is most common with a percolator but our standard works fine too just make sure to use the filters we offer so too much doesn't slip by the basket and get into the coffee. (we always use the filter no matter the grind)

Once the water starts perking turn down the burner to low you will want a perk every few seconds for about 7-10 minutes. Any longer and the coffee may taste burnt. Of course time to your liking. Set a timer you will forget!
