Our Single Origin Mexico Coffee ain't no desert in a cup.

You walk into one of these corporate chain cafes today, and the menu reads like a chemistry textbook. Half-caf, oat-milk, three pumps of vanilla, extra foam... by the time the barista is done engineering this thing, your morning is over and you’ve basically just ordered a melted milkshake. If I wanted dessert at 7:00 AM, I’d eat a piece of pie.
Here at Iron Horse, we believe coffee should be simply good. It should taste like coffee. And if you’re looking for a brew that gets the job done with speed and agility, you need to take a look at our Single Origin Mexico Coffee. I’ll be honest with you—this is one of my personal favorites, and for good reason.
It’s a medium roast sourced straight from the high-altitude, shaded forests of Chiapas and Oaxaca. The growers down there do it right—cultivating it in clay mineral soil, fully washing it, and drying it in the actual sun. Hard work, simple process.
What you get in your mug is a brew with a remarkably clean finish that doesn't weigh you down. It hits you with a bright, snappy acidity and a natural sweetness. You’re going to pick up real tasting notes of chocolate, a hit of cinnamon, and a touch of green apple. No artificial syrups required. Mother Nature already did the heavy lifting.
Look, not every morning requires a dark, heavy-hitting roast that kicks the door off the hinges. Sometimes you just need a reliable, smooth cup that you can drink all day long while you actually get some work done. It’s the trusty half-ton pickup truck of our lineup—always starts up, never lets you down, and gets you exactly where you need to go.
It will ship free right after roasting—whole bean if you like to grind it fresh yourself, or we can dial it in for you coarse, standard, or espresso grind.
Stop drinking dessert for breakfast. Pour yourself a real cup of coffee, and get to work.
