In the days of the iron rails, the most valuable cargo was kept in the private cars and our Whiskey Barrel coffee is exactly that. This is a "top shelf" medium roast for those who appreciate the finer details of the craft. We take our specialty grade, single origin Guatemalan beans and age them in charred oak whiskey barrels for at least 30 days until they’ve soaked up the soul of the spirit. The result is a soulful, full bodied brew that hits the palate with notes of aged bourbon, sweet vanilla, and a hint of toasted oak. It’s a complex, aromatic experience that feels like a reward at the end of a long haul. Bold, smooth, and undeniably good.
